If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You can return a product up to 28 days from the date you received it, for a full refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any product you return must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You must also include proof of purchase, to ensure we can refund you correctly.
On our receipt of your item, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
The cost of the returns shipping is at the expense of the sender, this cost is non-refundable.
